We stopped by this evening and tried the chocolate and pink cotton candy ice cream. Both were absolutely delicious! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The shop itself was very clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. We really enjoyed our visit and were very happy with the whole experience. We would definitely come back again!

Absolutely delicious! Definitely the best ice cream and Italian ice I have had in my life as a Pensacola resident. The girls are always so kind and helpful every time I go!! It is hard to mess up Cookies and Cream ice cream, but theirs is by far the best I have ever had. Their cheesecake flavors and banana pudding are also phenomenal!! I highly recommend Coastal Chill to all residents and tourists! I never skip and ice cream trip when I go to the beach :)

Such a cool ice cream shop! The staff is so friendly! Pink Flamingo Chiller is the way to go! Banana Pudding milkshake was to die for! Pink Cotton Candy Malt, chefs kiss!! Must add to your family trip local shops to visit!

So good! I got the chocolate chocolate chip and my hubby got black raspberry cheesecake. We both loved our choices. The girls were welcoming, kind and efficient with everyone who walked through the doors. I love that everything is made in house. I couldn’t use a photo of my scoop because I are it all. 😂 Hubby just said, “I might get another scoop!” Highly recommend!

We loved our experience! We had both Italian ice and ice cream. Both were amazing! Will definitely return next time we travel down to Florida! I love that they make everything in house. You can definitely taste the quality 👌
